 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 7 days from when you (or an appointed third party) receive the goods. Please notify us via a clear statement—by email to contact@farmrootagritech.com.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method, with no additional fees www.farmroot.store

 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition .

Non‑returnable items include:

• Custom-made or personalized goods.
• Perishable or quickly expiring products.
• Health/hygiene items once unsealed.
• Items that mix irreversibly with other goods farmroot.store

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless expressly required by law .

 How to Return

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.

Gift Returns

• Gift recipients will receive a gift credit via email upon return.
• If the gift wasn’t marked as such or shipped to the giver, the refund goes to the original purchaser www.farmroot.store.
